The Owyhee-Harbor PTO is designed to foster community among parents, teachers, students, staff, and supports of Owyhee-Harbor Elementary School.  The PTO also organizes activities to meet the academic, athletic, social, and fund-raising goals of the school.  Please volunteer your time and money to helping us reach our goals.  This website will let you know how you can help.   Here you can create a profile, sign-up for events, participate in the forums, contribute, and much more.
